Dispenser Pump
A dispenser pump, often simply referred to as a pump dispenser, is a device designed to dispense liquids or semi-liquids in a controlled and measured manner. These pumps are commonly used in various industries, including personal care, beauty, household products, and food service. They are convenient for dispensing products such as liquid soap, shampoo, lotion, hand sanitizer, condiments, and more.
- Nozzle/Dispensing Head TThe nozzle or dispensing head is where the liquid is released. It may include features like a twist-lock mechanism or a cap to prevent accidental dispensing and to maintain hygiene.
- Closure: The dispenser pump is usually attached to a closure or cap that seals the container to prevent leakage and evaporation.
- Dip Tube A dip tube extends from the pump mechanism into the product inside the container. When the pump is pressed, the dip tube draws the liquid up into the pump mechanism.
